On the morning of August 17, MUC Vice Presidents Song Ming and Tian Lin held a video conference with Ms. Zhu Yuhua, Executive Vice President of the New York Film Academy,in the MUC Zhixing Hall. They discussed operation cooperation between the two universities,which will encompass the MUC Hainan campus.

Song Min first gave an overview of MUC's overall development and pertinent information related to international cooperation.Afterthat, she offered ideas for the design and prospect of discipline, mode of study,and Sino foreign school operation cooperation. Tian Lin gave an introduction regarding the development status of the MUC Hainan campus andthe Hainan provincial government's relevant policies and requirements for the application of Sino foreign cooperative education projects within the Hainan international education innovation pilot zone. Tian Lin also expressed the hope that New York Film Academy can participate in aspects of the campus's design and planning as soon as possible. At the meeting, Vice President Zhu Yuhua also introducedthecurrent state of affairs and development ofoperations of the New York Film Academy. Zhu Yuhua fully affirmed the quality of the school operations model while also emphasizingMUC'sinherent advantages. Zhu Yuhua expressed the hope that he and MUC could jointly apply to the Hainan provincial government to host initiatives entailing Sino foreign cooperative educational institutions andprojects in music performance, film,and television performance/production, visual communication,and other related majors.The project leaders from both MUC and New York Film Academy,alongside all the relevant professional leaders,intend toconnectfurthersoon and implement more details ofjoint operations such as curriculum roll out andcross-institutional agreements and articles of association.
